RIVER WYE PADDLING EXPEDITION

To paddle down this lovely river in single seater kayaks or double canoes is a memorable experience. Throughout most of it’s length the River Wye remains wild and unspoilt. The River Wye meanders through some beautiful, rural countryside and  is an ideal paddle for your first kayaking adventure. Early summer is possibly the best time of year to paddle this river with the cygnets and ducklings hiding in the shallows and the sand martins flitting across from bank to bank. The quality of water ensures the river contains nearly every native species of freshwater fish in the British Isles. Get away from the noise and bustle of modern living and go with the flow!!

Carrying your own equipment you are totally self sufficient once we set off on our journey. We do however walk to the local Inn for our evening meal and of course refreshments.
